poor air conditioningslow room service
the room i received was not what i expected. the air conditioning barely worked, it was humid and warm, hard to relax. i also found the room service slow, i had to call multiple times before someone answered. it was frustrating, especially after a long day.

Really good Stay with Attentive Service

The staff consistently exhibited efficiency. They demonstrated helpfulness, especially to business travelers. The hotel provided convenient taxi availability and located close to good dining options. I found the hotel's quality surpasses the adjacent Hilton. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel rooms are very clean. They are also spacious.
During check-in, I learned that rooms, except one on the smoking floor, lacked availability. I expected my reserved room type to be available. I ultimately accepted that room, however the smoke smell permeated throughout.

Every staff member that I interacted with proved lovely and accommodating. Their attentiveness to detail impressed me. I especially appreciated the butler service. It was discreet yet consistently ready to assist with any requests.

The hotel's French restaurant was a highlight with really good service. Neil remembered our preferences from previous visits. This made for a personal touch. The food presentation impressed me. It was tasty, too. I appreciated the quality of the dishes.

The valet service was acceptable. Nothing too special but efficient.
I wasn't thrilled when i found out my reservation was for a smoking room without them asking me first (and i had my kids with me). it seemed like a basic oversight. the parking also felt a bit off for such a supposedly fancy place. It smelled bad and wasn't very clean.
